The Emergency Information is an Alaska miscellaneous law poster provided for businesses by the Alaska Department Of Labor and Workforce Development. This is a required poster for all Alaska employers, and any business that fails to post this notification may be subject to penalties or fines.
This mandatory poster is a fill-in form where employers write-in the contact information of a doctor, ambulance, hospital, police, fire department, or any other service that may be helpful in case of an accident.
