Notice to Employer of Sickness or Injury (Spanish)
The Notice to Employer of Sickness or Injury (Spanish) is a Nevada sick leave law poster provided for businesses by the Nevada Department Of Business and Industry. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers of spanish-speaking employees.
REVISED 6/11/2019 STATE OF NEVADA Office of the Labor Commissioner Avsio al empleador de enfermedad o lesión del empleado N Estatutos Revisados de Nevada (NRS) § 613 Efectivo a partir del 15 de mayo de 2019, según lo establecido en la Asamblea de Ley (AB) 181 aprobada durante la sesión legislativa del año 2019, Estatutos Revisados de Nevada (NRS) sección 613 se modificará con una nueva sección de la siguiente manera: Requisitos de la Ley de la Asamblea 181 : 1. Un empleador: (a) No puede requerir que el empleado este físicamente presente en su lugar de trabajo con el fin de notificar a su empleador que él o ella está enfermo o ha sufrido una lesión no relacionada con el trabajo y no puede trabajar. (b) Puede requerir al empleado notificar a los emplea dores que él o ella está enfermo o lesionado y no puede se puede presentarse a trabajar. Salvo lo dispuesto en 608.0165 de NRS, el Comisionado del Trabajo podrá imponer una sanción administrativa (máxima) de $5,000 por cada violación del NRS 608.005 a 608.195 inclusive, además de otros recursos o penalidades según lo autorizado por la ley.
