The Form No. LLC-17 - Hours of Work for Minors Under Eighteen (Rev 2-07) is a Pennsylvania child labor law poster provided for businesses by the Pennsylvania Department Of Labor & Industry. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers of minors.

This is a state labor poster enforced by the state department of labor and industry, bureau of labor law compliance. It's a must have post required of all employers employing workers under the age of 18. In the state labor law poster is the provision to write names of minors working at a given station, their schedule hours of work, maximum daily and weekly hours permitted, and daily in and out times as well as meal period in and out times.. The post must be correctly posted by the defined employers at conspicuous places where everyone can access. Failure to comply with the stated requirements may attract fines and or sanctions. It must be kept appropriately up-to-date.
