Tennessee Printable Free Workers Compensation Law Posters Tennessee Workers' Compensation Insurance Posting Notice Mandatory

The Tennessee Workers' Compensation Insurance Posting Notice is a Tennessee workers compensation law poster provided for businesses by the Tennessee Department Of Labor and Workforce Development. This is a required poster for all Tennessee employers, and any business that fails to post this notification may be subject to penalties or fines.

This poster details the standards of codified law for compensation of workers, through insurance, should any incident of negative impact occur on the job. By law, this poster must be posted at the employer's place of business in such a manner that all employees can see it. Specifically, those workers covered by this policy of the State of Tennessee include:

One, all employers with five or more employees, either full or part-time. Two, all employers in the coal or mining industry with one or more employees, full or part-time. Three, all workers in the construction industry unless specifically exempted. The poster goes on to declare that if an incident occurs in the workplace then it must be reported to the employer immediately and that the employer must subsequently provide for treatment by a physician. It closes by stating that the Tennessee Bureau of Workers? Compensation can be contacted for help or more information (contact information is listed on the poster).
