Required Missouri Labor Law Posters 4 PDFS
The Missouri Department Of Labor & Industrial Relations requires that these four mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Missouri will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
In Missouri, the following posters must be rightly displayed in all workplaces: Notice of workers Concerning Unemployment Benefits (MODES-B-2), Workers Compensation Law (WC-106), Discrimination in Employment (MCHR-9), Missouri Minimum Wage Law (LS-52), Employer?s Employing Workers Under the Age of 16 List (LS-43), Discrimination in Housing (MCHR-6), and Discrimination in Public Accommodations (MCHR-7). Other federal Labor Law Posters also required to be posted at the workplace include; Job Safety and Health Protection (OSHA-3165-12-06R), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC-P/E-1), Fair Labor and Standards Act (WHD-1088), Family and Medical Leave Act (WHD-1420), Employee Rights under NLRA, Employees Polygraph Protection Act (WHD-1462), & Uniformed Services Employment and Redeployment Rights Act. All the laws must be displayed where they can easily be seen. Please read each of the federal posters, not all are mandatory for your business. It could have a lesser number of workers than is required in compliance with the labor law. Infractions may attract fines and or penalties.
