The Oregon Bureau Of Labor and Industry provides a number of mandatory and optional labor law posters for all Oregon businesses with employees to prominently post in the workplace. These posters are meant to educate employees on a variety of labor law topics topics such as the minimum wage, occupational health & safety, and other important labor laws. Required Oregon Labor Law Posters 4 PDFS
The Oregon Bureau Of Labor and Industry requires that these four mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Oregon will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries has several labor posters required of small and large businesses categorized differently. For small businesses of employees less than 25, the following labor posters are mandatory: Oregon state minimum wage, Oregon OSHA, Oregon Protection laws for victims of domestic violence, Harassment, Sexual Assault & Stalking, federal minimum wage poster, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Polygraph Protection Notice, Employment Insurance Notice, Workers? Compensation Notice, and USERRA (military rights) Poster. In addition to these posters, employers with workers over 25 are required to post the following: No Smoking, Oregon Family Leave, and the federal Family and Medical Leave Act. Others include Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection, ?Protect Yourself from Pesticides?, Field Sanitation Notice, BOLI Notice to Agricultural Employees for Agricultural Employers, and Live Entertainment Worker.
