The Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA) Poster is an Oregon general labor law poster poster provided for businesses by the Oregon Bureau Of Labor and Industry. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers with 25 or more employees.
This is a state labor posting enforced by the bureau of labor and industries. It is a mandatory post required of all employers operating within the state. It is a summary of the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA), which requires employers of 25 or more workers to provide them protected leave to care for themselves or family in the event of death, illness, injury, childbirth, adoption, and foster placement. In the poster are reasons and circumstances under which an employee can take family leave. It also defines who among employees qualify for leave.
