The Oregon's Smoke free Workplace Law is an Oregon anti-smoking law poster provided for businesses by the Oregon Bureau Of Labor and Industry. This is an optional notification, so while it is recommended that businesses hang this poster if relevant to their employees, it is not required by the Bureau Of Labor and Industry.
This is a state labor posting enforced by the bureau of labor and industries. It is a general posting required of all employers operating within the state. It is a summary of the Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act, which prohibits smoking, vaporizing and aerosolizing of inhalants within a radius of 10 feet from building entrances, exits, windows, accessibility ramps, and air intake vents. The poster is recommended for posting at conspicuous place where everyone, especially workers can access.
