Compensation Act, Notice of Right to be Free from Discrimination for reasons of Pregnancy, Childbirth and Related Conditions, No Smoking Law, and Sexual Harassment. Other federal labor laws including; Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Act, Military Family Leave, Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, Notice to Workers with Disabilities, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and Job Safety and Health Protection.
